For Efficient Fuel Cell Assembly

1. Bipolar Plate With a Membond™ Polymer Composite Coating on the Anode Side.

2. P-Wave™ NIR Radiation Joins the MEA to the Bipolar Plate With the Membond™ Polymer Composite Coating.

3. Bipolar Plate With a Membond™ Polymer Composite Coating on the Cathode Side. Then P-Wave™ NIR Radiation Joins the Compression Seal to the Bipolar Plate.

4. Repeat Process to Form a Fuel Cell Stack.

5. Applying Pressure Assembles the Stack and Membond™ Creates a Durable Waterproof Bond and Seal.
